The two-storey , five-axis plastered building was erected at the end of the 18th century.

The house has grooved building edges and a centrally arranged, also grooved, segmented arched portal . Two narrow plaster mirrors on the upper floor additionally emphasize the central axis. A cornice strip optically separates the floors.

The double-leaf front door dates from the beginning of the 19th century.

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 760.
