Tricolor Bucharest was a Romanian football club from Bucharest . He took part in the finals for the Romanian football championship from 1920 to 1922 and was twice runner-up.
history
Tricolor Bucharest was founded in 1914 as Teiul Bucharest by students in the Obor district of Bucharest . One of the founding members was Costel Rădulescu , who coached the Romanian national team at the 1930 World Cup in Uruguay and is considered a co-founder of the Romanian professional league. In 1920 , 1921 and 1922 Tricolor took part as Bucharest champion in the final round of the Romanian football championship. On September 23, 1923 Tricolor won the first game of a Romanian team against a Yugoslav team , namely against Beogradski SK with 2-1.
In 1926 Tricolor merged with CS Unirea Bucharest to Unirea Tricolor Bucharest , the later Romanian master.
