Trunch is a place and parish in Norfolk , eastern England. It is about 4 km north of North Walsham and 2 km south of Mundesley the nearest coastal town. Trunch has about 1000 residents and has a medieval church, St. Botolph, as well as a pub, The Crown Inn and a shop with an integrated post office.

Worth seeing

St. Botolph, the town's church from the 15th century, is built on even older foundations. It is famous for the baptismal font with a filigree carved canopy from the 15th century, of which there are only four other of its kind in England. In addition, the church has a beam roof with a multitude of carved angel figures and a rood screen painted with portraits of saints .
