The Trzy Stawy ( Polish for three lakes ) are three small lakes on the south coast of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They are on the west bank of Three Kings Cove .
Polish scientists named it in 1981 after a corresponding group of lakes in the Polish Tatra Mountains .
