Tuğçe Kazaz

Tuğçe Kazaz-Maria Seitaridis (born August 26, 1982 ) is a Turkish model . She was named Miss Turkey in 2001 .

Kazaz met her future husband, George Seitaridis , while filming the Greek film Loafing and Camouflage: Sirens in the Aegean . Before her marriage, she converted to the Greek Orthodox Church , her husband's religion, which caused negative reactions in her homeland. Against the protests and slander, she said publicly that for her all religions were equal, that she was "Christian, Muslim and Buddhist". After three years, however, she divorced her husband, returned to Turkey and converted to Islam. She has now radically changed her life; they renounce night life and smoking as well as alcohol.
