Turgay Doğan (* 1974 in Gelsenkirchen , Germany) is a German-Turkish actor.

Life

Turgay Doğan is a German-Turkish actor, director and playwright. He lives in Istanbul and is the founder and author of the Istanbul theater group "gnlv", which includes the Turkish actors Emre Taştekin and Dicle Alkan. He is the author of numerous theater texts, including the plays "Site" and "Yüksek Derece", which he staged with various actors from the "gnlv". Doğan's production “Yükse Derece” has been played on various Turkish stages and has received a lot of attention. Turgay Doğan can also be seen regularly as a television actor on ARD , and he plays the coroner in the crime series Mordkommission Istanbul . He is also regularly involved in PRO7 productions, including Die Märchenstunde . He is also one of the most booked commercial actors in Turkey and also plays smaller roles in Turkish films, most recently in The Masked Gang .
