Turris Tamalleni

Turris Tamalleni was an ancient city in the Roman province of Byzacena , situated on a land bridge between today's salt lakes Chott el Djerid and Chott el Fedjadj in Tunisia .

The Roman Catholic titular diocese of Turris Tamalleni goes back to an extinct bishopric in this city .
