Tuticanus capito
Tuticanus Capito (his praenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD . In a military diploma his name is given as Tuticanius Capito .
A military diploma dated December 5, 152, proves that Capito 152 was prefect of the Roman fleet stationed in Ravenna ( classis praetoria Ravennas ). Further diplomas, dated February 6, 158 and February 7, 160, prove that from 158 to 160 he was prefect of the fleet stationed in Misenum ( classis praetoria Misenensis ).
