Dejvická metro station

Elevator to Dejvická station

Dejvická is a station of the Prague Metro on line A . It is located under Vítězné náměstí (Victory Square) in the Dejvice district ( Prague 6 ), after which it is named.

The station was built from 1973 and opened on August 12, 1978 with the commissioning of Line A under the name Leninova . It was the terminus until the extension of the line to Nemocnice Motol station on April 6, 2015. The platform is 11 meters deep and can be reached via two entrances from Vítězné náměstí and Evropská Street . Two elevators enable barrier-free access. The Dejvická is a transfer hubs and provides connection to several tram - and bus lines.
