Ängelholm UFO memorial
The Ängelholm UFO memorial is probably the first memorial in Europe to commemorate an alleged UFO landing. It was built in 1963 on a clearing in Kronoskogen, a district of Ängelholm in Sweden . It consists of a model of the supposed UFO on a scale of 1: 8 and the traces of the land poured in concrete in original size. It is intended to be a reminder of the supposed landing of a UFO, which the Swedish entrepreneur Gösta Carlsson is said to have experienced on May 18, 1946 at this place.
