USS Springfield

USS Springfield is the name of four ships in the United States Navy, named after the cities of Springfield in several states:

• USS Springfield (1862) , a paddle steamer, in service from 1862 to 1865
• USS Springfield (1918) , a steamer in service from 1918 to 1919
• USS Springfield (CL-66) , a Cleveland-class light cruiser , in service from 1944 to 1974
• USS Springfield (SSN-761) , a Los Angeles-class nuclear submarine , in service since 1993
