US Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championship

The US Open ISKA World Martial Arts Championships is one of the largest martial arts tournaments in the world. The tournament is held every July at Disneyworld in Orlando , Florida / USA . The martial arts event is carried out by the world martial arts association ISKA . The US Open are considered a valuation tournament for the ISKA World Championships . They are broadcast by the US TV station ESPN .

Disciplines

The disciplines of this tournament consist of the disciplines karate , semi-contact kickboxing , full contact kickboxing and Thai boxing and the secondary disciplines self-defense and breaking test. The competitions are offered for men and women.

There is a multitude of style systems for form running, where a distinction is made between traditional (including Karate and Kung Fu ) and extreme (including XMA, Freestyle Karate).
