- Orthodox Church of Ukraine , created from the merger of the non-canonical church, which was subordinate to a Kiev patriarch from 1991 to 2018, with the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, since then the autocephalous church has been subordinate to the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople / Istanbul.
