The only existing evidence, the ethnologue link, does not prove the percentage similarities. (Quite apart from that, these are questionable anyway, because it is completely unclear to which subsets and which population the percentages refer, according to which method and under which linguistic modeling assumptions they were determined, whether language similarities can be reduced to simple percentages at all, etc. )
