The Environmental and Planning Law (abbreviated UPR ), subtitled Journal for Science and Practice, is a legal journal in which treatises, court decisions, reports on legislation and book reviews on environmental law and planning law are published.
The UPR has been published since 1981. 11 issues per year (a double issue appears for November and December) through the Hüthig Jehle Rehm GmbH publishing group; the current circulation is 1,350 copies (2008).
