The Hungarian language Wikipedia ( Hungarian magyar Wikipédia ) is the Hungarian version of Wikipedia .
It was founded on July 8, 2003 and had more than 150,000 articles in December 2009, as many as the Hungarian standard lexicon A Pallas nagy lexikona from 1900. The Hungarian language version reached 200,000 articles in September 2011, 400,000 in December 2016. Currently (as of: November 9, 2018) there are almost 440,000 items.
