Universal assembly

The Universal Assembly is in Swiss law , the Assembly of all shareholders or representatives of a corporation without complying with the for a proper prescribed General Assembly convened rules (Article 701 Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)).

The same applies to the Swiss cooperative .
