Unold is the family name of the following people:

  • Anton I. Unold (1697–1765), German Premonstratensian canon and imperial prelate, abbot of Weißenau from 1724 to 1765
  • Anton II. Unold (1736–1784), German premonstratensian canon and imperial prelate, abbot of Weißenau from 1773 to 1784
  • Ilse Unold (1942–2016), German politician (CDU)
  • Max Unold (1885–1964), German painter, graphic artist and writer

There is also the company Unold AG, which sells small household electrical appliances (e.g. ESGE wand).
