In sub grasses are in addition to the Central and Upper grasses to a subdivision of the grasses . The development and distribution of the grasses is supported by grazing , which can often be found on permanent pastures . The rather lower, small-stemmed and fine-leaved plants form a more uniform stigma due to rhizomes and root runners and many root leaves . On commercial grassland, growth can be promoted by adding phosphorus and potassium from liquid manure .
