The residential building Unterheydener Straße 23 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The half-timbered house was built in the 18th century and entered into the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach under No. U 003 on December 4, 1984 .

In the old settlement center of Heyden there is a group of several half-timbered houses on Unterheydener Straße.

architecture

Houses no. 23 and 25 are built next to each other. They have a common S-pan roof. The two houses face the eaves facing Unterheydener Straße. The half-timbered buildings on Unterheydener Strasse are worth protecting as monuments.
