Infidelity (Austria)
The Austrian Criminal Code defines infidelity threatened with imprisonment or a fine in § 153 StGB as the addition of a financial disadvantage by knowingly abusing an authority granted by law, official mandate or legal transaction to dispose of someone else's property or to oblige another person .
