Discomfort and fatigue is a symptom complex of disorders according to the International Statistical Classification ICD-10 from the group of symptoms that are not classified elsewhere .
It includes:
- General weakness (physical deterioration)
- Asthenia without further information, weakness
- Lethargy , sleepiness with an increase in the irritation threshold
- Fatigue , reduced alertness and lack of strength and drive
- chronic weakness
- nervous weakness
- Weakness on A.
This group also includes diagnoses such as adynamia or general lack of drive (lack of drive, lack of drive, lack of drive), fatigue, malaise and the like.
The following are expressly excluded from the system of this symptom complex:
- Old age (R54)
- Congenital weakness (P96.9)
- Neurasthenia and fatigue syndrome (F48.0)
- Pregnancy- related exhaustion and fatigue (O26.8)
- excessive exertion (T73.3)
- Exposure to adverse weather conditions (T73.2)
- Heat (T67.-)
- Chronic fatigue syndrome and post-viral fatigue syndrome (G93.3)
- War neurosis (F43.0)
