Urnebes (Serbian: Урнебес, "mess") is a popular salad from southern Serbian cuisine, which is served as a side dish to grilled food or as a starter with fresh bread. The spread is usually spicy to spicy.

preparation

Mash the white cheese in a bowl with a fork and season with hot paprika flakes. Fresh, roasted chillies are also used seasonally. Add very finely chopped garlic and loosen the mixture with neutral oil until the desired consistency is achieved.
