Uwe Meyeringh
Uwe Meyeringh (born May 31, 1959 in Wipperfürth ) is a German trade unionist ( SPD member).
Life
After passing the career test for the higher service in public administration and volunteering in union youth work , Meyeringh was hired in 1984 as youth education officer for the ÖTV union . Since then he has held various functions in trade union work, including a. as a tariff secretary .
With the transition from the OTV to United Services Union ver.di in 2001 he became head of the Department of Education , Science and Research in North Rhine-Westphalia .
He is a member of the following committees: Board of Directors of the Unfallkasse NRW, State Committee for Vocational Education NRW, Vocational Training Committee for Media and Information Services NRW, NRW, Foundation Council ZB MED - Information Center Life Sciences, Board of Trustees of the University of Statutory Accident Insurance.
Meyeringh is married and has one son.
