Víctor Manuel
Víctor Manuel is now in Pocitos leavened Barrio of Montevideo .
The Montevidean district Víctor Manuel was founded in 1874 by Florencio Escardó . It is due to the Punta Carretas and the Pocitos path, which at the time was not yet united with Víctor Manuel. In the "Plano General del Pueblo de los Pocitos" in 1888, Víctor Manuel as well as the Barrios Fortuna , Caprera and Artigas between the Arroyo Pocitos Grande and Arroyo Pocitos Chico were included in the Barrio Pocitos.
