- Genocide Remembrance Day (Armenia) (April 24), public holiday in Armenia
- Bangladesh Genocide Remembrance Day ( March 25), public holiday in Bangladesh
- Genocide Remembrance Day (Greece) (May 19), Remembrance Day in Greece
- Genocide Remembrance Day (Cambodia) (May 20), Memorial Day in Cambodia
- Genocide Remembrance Day (Namibia) (May 28), a public holiday currently being introduced in Namibia; see Holidays in Namibia
- International Day of Remembrance for the Rwandan Genocide of 1994 (April 7, 2004), one-off day of remembrance by the UN
- United Nations International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide and of the Prevention of this Crime (December 9th), a day of remembrance proclaimed by the UN for the victims of genocide and the prevention of this crime
