The V-Bank AG is founded in 2008 by German credit institution with headquarters in Munich .

V-Bank offers custody and account management and securities processing for independent asset managers and family offices. In addition, all tradable products can be purchased through V-Bank. In the fund area, the bank has more than 15,000 investment funds from over 200 investment companies on offer. Together with cooperation partners such as Hansainvest, V-Bank supports asset managers in setting up and marketing funds. She also has network partners in areas such as real estate, succession planning and digital tax reporting who are available to asset managers. As part of the full banking license it received in 2008, V-Bank has the option of granting securities loans. Since 2019, V-Bank and its subsidiary V-Check have also been supporting asset managers in selling online investment strategies.
