Valderhof
The property at Zievericher Straße 4 in the Thorr district in the district town of Bergheim in the Rhein-Erft district is a listed building.
History and current use
According to address books from 1907, 1911 and 1934, the farmer Reiner Valder lived in this homestead. That is why the property was popularly called Valderhof . Today there is a wine shop in the main building facing the street.
architecture
The agricultural property is a three-wing brick courtyard from the mid-19th century. The single-storey residential building is facing Zievericher Straße at the gable. To the south there is a utility wing with a large arched entrance. The windows are slightly arched, arranged irregularly and provided with stone sills.
