Valentin Dillmann (born October 1, 1891 in Kreuznach ; † February 13, 1963 ) was a German social democratic politician.

Dillmann was a member of the appointed state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia in the first and second term from October 2, 1946 to April 19, 1947
