Valorization

Under valorisation (including capital preservation), in connection with economic facts adapting a value to the rate of inflation ( inflation ). This is to prevent the actual value (e.g. that of a piece of land or a regular payment) from being excessively reduced by inflation. So contain z. B. Rental contracts often have so-called valorisation or value retention clauses , through which the purchasing power equivalent of the rental amount is to be stabilized.
