Valstybinių miškų urėdija

VĮ Valstybinių miškų urėdija is a central state enterprise of the National Forest Administration in Lithuania in the field of forestry , environmental protection ( forest protection ), recreation of state forests . It is subordinate to the Ministry of Environment of Lithuania . It was established instead of 42 local forest offices (lit. miškų urėdija ). The address is Pramonės pr. 11A, LT-51327 Kaunas . The company's headquarters were due to move to the Panevėžys Rajong community at the end of 2018 , but this did not materialize. The head office is located in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius , in the Vilkpėdė district , Savanorių prospektas 176.
