The administrative community Varkaus ( Finnish Varkauden Sub-regions of Finland ) is one of five administrative Communities ( Sub-regions of Finland ) in the Finnish countryside Savo . The name-giving city of Varkaus and its northern neighboring municipality Leppävirta belong to it . The administrative community has about 34,000 inhabitants.
