Obersavo
Obersavo ( Finnish Ylä-Savo ) is one of five administrative communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish landscape of Northern Savo .
The Obersavo administrative community includes the following seven cities and municipalities:
- Iisalmi
- Keitele
- Kiuruvesi
- Lapinlahti (with Varpaisjärvi, which was incorporated in 2011 )
- Pielavesi
- Sonkajärvi
- Vieremä
