Venus figurines by Avdejewo

Coordinates are missing! Help. The Venus figurines by Avdejewo (English transcription: Avdeevo ) are several Stone Age depictions of the female body. They are mostly made of ivory. The age of the figurines is given as 21,000 to 20,000 years. The statuettes thus come from the Gravettia . They are between 2.7 and 21.5 cm long.

The site near the village of Avdejewo is on the Seim , near the city of Kursk , (Russia). Avdejewo is about 200 km from the Kostjonki site . Very similar statuettes were found there. The rest of the fund inventory is also very similar.
