The Association Hallescher Ballspiel-Vereine (VHBV) was a local football association in the central German city of Halle (Saale) . The VHBV was founded on February 27, 1905 by the following seven clubs: BC 1904, Club for Movement Games, Ultriciana Football Department, FC Sportbrüder 1904, FC Germania, FC Brandenburg and FC Normannia.

The purpose of the association was to give local clubs a chance to play. It is not known whether championships were held and how long the Association of Hallescher Ballspiel-Vereine existed. In the following 1905/06 season, the BC 1904 Halle took part in the championship in the Saalegau , which before 1907 only consisted of a 3rd - 5th class, as the leading Halle clubs were assigned to the district of Northwest Saxony.

A few years later, the sports brothers joined the Association of Central German Ball Game Clubs .
