Association soil

The Vereinigung boden eV (vb) is a German professional association for ground staff in air traffic, based in Mörfelden-Walldorf and was founded in May 2001. It publishes the vb journal.

The federal chairman is Rüdiger Fell, deputy chairman of the works council of Lufthansa AG Frankfurt Boden. His deputy is Cornelia Straub. Other board members are Angela Heinicke, Anja-Christina Jacobi, Vedat Esen, Gunter Gomola and Wolfgang Schneider.

According to its own information, the association has around a thousand members, especially at Frankfurt and Munich airports . In the 2008 collective bargaining round at Lufthansa, she turned against the ver.di strike.
