Croatian Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia ( Croatian : Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske ) is the highest court in Croatia .

The Constitutional Court is located at Varšavska 3 in Zagreb . The court has 13 judges elected by the Croatian parliament for eight years . The powers of the Constitutional Court are determined by the Constitution of Croatia.
