Publishing house of the Graz University of Technology
The publishing house of the Technical University of Graz (also: Verlag der TU Graz ) originated in the early 1990s and is part of the university library of the Technical University of Graz .
goals and tasks
The aim of the publishing house is to support members of the Graz University of Technology in their publication activities and to disseminate their scientific achievements nationally and internationally.
History and Development
After it was founded in the early 1990s, the publishing house initially published around 10 to 15 new publications a year, in particular dissertations and conference proceedings. By 2019 he had increased his number of publications to around 60 new titles per year. The publisher now publishes a wide range of publication types, including monographs, research reports, conference proceedings, textbooks, commemorative publications and edited volumes.
In terms of content, the publishing program offers publications in the technical and scientific field and thus corresponds to the subject canon of Graz University of Technology.

As a member of the University Publishers' Working Group , the Graz University of Technology publisher also promotes the Open Access principle and offers some of its publications in freely accessible, digital form.
