Injury Offense

An infringement offense exists under German criminal law if the occurrence of damage is part of the criminal offense and the offense leads to a violation of legal interests. Examples of this are bodily harm or property damage . Injury offenses are counted among the successful offenses and are there the counterpart to the specific endangerment offenses .
