Insurance burden regulation
Insurance burden regulations in the area of statutory pension insurance are international agreements that distribute the insurance burden among the contracting states for persons whose pension insurance membership changes between several states as a result of developments in national law , depending on the nationality or residence of the insured person . This is to limit the insurance history of these people to one country.
There are insurance load regulations that
- prescribe the assumption of insurance periods from another state in the German burden, or
- result in the assumption of German times in the burden of a foreign state.
Insurance burden regulations exist between Germany and Belgium , Denmark , France , Italy , (former) Yugoslavia , Greece , Luxembourg , the Netherlands , Austria
