Electricity Act

The electricity generation laws are German laws that essentially provide planning security for German and European hard coal mining and protect the German energy market from becoming dependent on the world market. Among other things, it promoted the construction of coal-fired power plants. They were enacted from 1965 and were also the legal basis for the treaty of the century and coal penny .
