Today's product range includes the areas of racks, small enclosures, enclosures, KVM technology, small UPS, power distribution, smart solutions, cooling and control room infrastructure (formerly Knürr Technical Furniture).
History of Knürr
Hans Knürr founded a craft business in Arnstorf in 1931 . In the 1960s, the development, production and sales of sheet steel housings for the electronics industry began. Since 2006 Knürr has been part of the American company Vertiv, which until 2016 belonged to the Emerson Network Power group . In December 2016, Vertiv was spun off from Emerson. Since then, Vertiv Integrated Systems has developed into a global company and leading specialist in racks and integrated solutions.
The Knürr company had a knight's armor as its logo and the slogan “Noble creations are protected with sheet steel housings”.
