Administrative agreement

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A management agreement is in German administrative organization a contractual agreement between representatives of public administration , such as states or local authorities . Administrative agreements can also be concluded between authorities of the same legal entity. Because they regulate executive affairs, they do not require any legitimation from the respective parliaments. In contrast to this, treaties must be ratified by the respective parliaments ; that is, the state treaty is incorporated into federal or state law. Administrative agreements can be concluded as a public law contract .

International administrative agreements are called administrative agreements.
