ViO is a mineral water brand that belongs to the US beverage company Coca-Cola .

The ViO mineral water brand was launched in May 2007 as a 0.5 liter bottle for the “on the go” market segment. It is now also available in 1 liter bottles ( PET-EW or MW glass bottle ) and 1.5 liters. ViO is sold among others by Lufthansa , Subway and Kamps as well as the cinema chains Cinemaxx and UCI . The trademark was registered in Germany in 2003 as a word mark for The Coca-Cola Company , and in 2007 the trademark was transferred to Apollinaris GmbH . This mineral water brand is sold throughout Germany under the claim “Kennerinken ViO”, which was registered as a word mark on The Coca-Cola Company. With the transfer of rights, the nationwide market entry of still mineral water took place.

The water of the ViO brand is sold by Apollinaris , which has belonged to the US company Coca-Cola since May 2006, and is bottled from the "Lüner Quelle" in Lüneburg . For this purpose, 1000 m³ per day are extracted, the amount is to be doubled with an additional drilling.
