Vicente Miguel Garcés Ramón
Vicente Miguel Garcés Ramón (born November 10, 1946 in Llíria ( Valencia )) is a Spanish politician of the Partido Socialista Obrero Español .
Life
Ramón is a professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He is a member of the Valencia City Council. Ramón joined the European Parliament on December 1, 2011 when the parliament was enlarged.
