Villa Andreae (Kronberg im Taunus)
The Villa Andreae is a listed villa in Kronberg im Taunus . It should not be confused with the Villa Andreae in neighboring Königstein im Taunus .
The villa at Goethestrasse 39 at Victoriapark was built around 1900 on behalf of the Andreae family in the Art Nouveau style. When the park was laid out, a number of villas were built on the edge of the park. These include the neighboring villas Goethestrasse 37 , Goethestrasse 39 and Goethestrasse 43 ( Villa Hochstrasser ) on the east side , all of which are listed buildings.
It is a stately two-storey half-timbered building with a very varied facade structure. These include a corner tower, bay window, veranda and loggia-like extensions. The space between Goethestrasse and the villa has meanwhile been closed by development, but the location on the edge of the park still distinguishes the house today.
