geography
It is located in the southwest of the Canelones Department in sector 6 . Villa Crespo y San Andrés is located directly on the border with the neighboring district of Montevideo a few kilometers east of Las Piedras . In the east it flows into the city of Toledo, which belongs to the 16th sector . The Arroyo de Toledo rises around three kilometers northwest of the city . This tributary of the Arroyo Carrasco touches Villa Crespo y San Andrés on the western and southwestern outskirts and thus serves as a departmental border at the same time.
