Villa Klara

The listed residential building Villa Klara is located at Römerstraße 66 in the Thorr district , one of the 15 districts of the district town of Bergheim in the Rhein-Erft district .

History and architecture

Klara Roleff, the daughter of the brewery owner Josef Roleff, lived in the villa until 1970. The building, built in 1910, is located directly in front of the former Roman brewery and previously served as the brewery's administration and residential building. The stately two-story house is completely plastered. Next to the side passage facing the brewery is a narrow, roofed, two-storey staircase wing. The covered entrance still has the original door leaf. The street facade is structured by an oversized dwelling and four window axes.
