The Villa Saint-Laurent is located in Cabourg , a seaside resort in Normandy that was built from the middle of the 19th century. The villa at 21, avenue du Maréchal-Foch was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It is near the Marcel Proust promenade .

The Villa Saint-Laurent is the only Art Deco style villa in Cabourg. It impresses with the elegance of its clear geometric lines. Is located on the rear facade means risalit with fluted half- columns , which forms the stairwell.

The villa, which was divided into condominiums, underwent a major renovation in 2013.
