Villa Sarchi

The Villa Sarchi is an Arabica -Kaffeesorte that in the 1950s in Costa Rica was discovered. It is a natural cross between the Bourbon and Typica varieties . It is particularly suitable for the highest altitudes in coffee cultivation from 1600 to 2200 meters, where under ideal growing conditions it delivers an average yield of 400 to 500 g of green coffee and produces medium to good quality in the cup.

Diseases

The Villa Sarchi is not resistant to coffee rust and nematodes.
